i m not sure but i think it s a bug... i couldn't use the tome of retraing... it says that i couldn't use it when a spell has cooldown but i checked and now spell was in cooldown... i restarted and just build a spell and the tryed the tome i never used that spell and it didn't worked... the same can't use when a spell cooldown... etc.
